Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it’s placed. An order is considered dispatched once it’s handed to our shipping carrier and is on its way to your address. During peak periods and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location.
United States: Estimated delivery in 7–12 business days
United Kingdom: Estimated delivery in 7–12 business days
Australia: Estimated delivery in 7–12 business days
International: Estimated delivery in 10–20 business days
Please note: Customs processing, peak periods, and carrier delays can sometimes extend these timeframes.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout to ensure they are complete and correct. Incomplete or incorrect addresses can delay processing or cause order cancellation.
If our system detects an address issue, we’ll email you within 3 business days to confirm your details. If we don’t receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you notice an error, email us at hello@furrve.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to update it, but cannot guarantee changes after this window.
Delayed Delivery

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is with our shipping partners, it is outside of our direct control. If your package is lost or stolen:

While Furrve is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. Replacements may be offered depending on the situation.
