If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, your order may already be processing and we may not be able to make changes. If your cancellation is within this timeframe, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

Received a Damaged Item?

We do our best to pack every order carefully. An item is considered damaged if the product itself is broken or defective — cosmetic damage to packaging (like a dented box) is not considered product damage if the item inside is in good condition.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@furrve.com within 72 hours of delivery. Include a clear photo of the damage so we can review and, if eligible, send you a replacement at no cost. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
